Dude you're lighting is fantastic! It's very close to the sort of stuff I'd like to be able to do one day.

So any tips? biggrin.gif

Wow.. Mr Easton.. it is an honor!

I think I just point and shot.. and got lucky!

I don't think its any special lighting that you don't already know.

Excellent lighting ! Any tip would be welcome, indeed smile.gif

By the way, your cousin should order some replacement M badges that does not fade in time. They are available from LeatherZ. I had the same problem with my M coupé. I have had the LeatherZ for 2.5 years and they are still like new.

read what I wrote up top. It was raining on and off that day and we were going to go out to a spot to do a complete shoot. but it rained really hard and we couldn't. I shot those really quick. there should be a part 2 soon when I get time.

Thanks

Fair enough. smile.gif

Steve Demmitt's done some awesome work with a BMW, in the rain too I think.

Are you able to enlighten us more with regards to your lighting setup? I guess I understand if you want to keep it hush hush.

I'm curious about the lighting too.. I'm guessing maybe some softboxes/reflectors?

nice nice.. dont believe you actually lug a 12x12 or 20x20 to the field. either that your softbox is 1mx2m

very nice cleanup.. almost fooled me for HDR. if you did really do HDR, i'm O.O"

very nice images. keep it up.. just a note.. check your DOF.. it's way too shallow. almost by 2-3meters..
you need to shoot more than F4/5.6
especially the last shot of the grill. F4 would be ideal rather than F2.8
