Here it is... A car as mad as Marlyn Manson with a chainsaw. The TVR sagaris is based on the T350c's underpinnings and takes great benefit from that, being more "forgiving" than the Tuscan, but equally as hard and brutal. The looks, well err... They are as raw as beef tartan and as brutal and vicious as a axemurder. Sometimes I'm wondering what TVR stands for, I know it's short for TreVoR, but this time it must certainly mean "Threatening Vicious Ride" or somehing. In therms of bizarre and extreme styling only one thing comes close, the Bladerunner boat, but thats on water so the Sagaris really makes itself with those extreme styling cues. And it doesen't stop there, the Sagaris has performance to mach its looks too, as you can see down there... (I'm not plugging, I'm just telling the truth...)
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The front of the car screams "I'm gonna kick youre but, hard!!" with it's angry shaped headlights and ribs in the radiator intake. The Sagaris, like the T350 doesent have a center radiator intake, whitch laets it pounch through the air more easyly... ![]() The side of the car is, like the Typhon the work of an aerodynamicist, with the roofline specially designed for better airflow over the car. The bump on the roof is there to give room for a wearing a crash helmet, like in a GT40. All the louvers and "axecuts" on the Sagaris is there to releve airpressure in the wheelarches, hence the bonnet, on top of the front wheelarches, in front of the door, at the rear wheelarches. Like the Typhon the side of the Sagaris is kept clean with no doorhandles, just a button under the mirror. ![]() The back of the sagaris is likely the only thing you will see of it if you try to race one... It shares much of the design from the T350, with its boomerang shaped rear lights. Also here you can see some work of aerodynamics. The flat undertray exits at the back, thats why the exhaust exits at the side of the car. ![]() The interior of the Sagaris is based much on the univerially acclaimed T350 and Tamora, and is all to the better for that... It has both digital and analogue readouts for engine revs and speed and a switchable multi function display. And elsewhere it is TVR as usual; Crazy handstiched leather spangled with beautifully crafted switchgear. Every panel, nut, bolt and screw is made in Britain, more specifically Blackpool... ![]() The engine in the Sagaris is a tweaked DOHC 4,0 litre version of the one you find in the T350c, its brutal and powerful using a racing recipe. There was some debate about wherther they should use the AJP8 racing V8 from the Cerbera, but they found out that it was a bit old fashioned with SOHC... >So the desicion fell on the Speed Six engine that came along with the Tuscan in 1997... ![]() Do you wonder why it's called the Sagaris...? Well, if you look at it you can see it looks like somone has gone bersherk on it with an axe... And, DING... It's named up after an old battle axe used by the norwegian vikings. The Sagaris battle axe is described as; light, compact, nimble, razorsharp and can inflict serious damage on your foe. Now thats a cool footage... Well, there we are... How can this be anything else than sub zero...? If you think so, let us know why... |

The importent thing about this car is the karma... When it drives past you can love it or hate it... But you're not gonna ignore it. I think it's zero deg kelvin and as cool as liquid nitrogen...

It's so garish that it's not as cool as the T350.
But it's still cool. |

This is undoubtably one of the coolest and most wonderful cars being sold today.
Huge horsepower, light weight, Clutch and stick manual, no electronic bullshit, 100% functional aerodynamics. This car is about as hardcore of a racecar as you can get to drive on the street without a open wheeled 7 replica or a DIY job. |

As if the designer had the design pefect the first time around, but didn't like the way the fenders flow so he took an axe into it to vent his frustration.
What a mess. ![]() |

its been alienated, i think they need to use the Sagaris hammer thingy and fix it up the front of it and the exhast that hangs out of the side makes the back of the car more ugly, it would be much better if they came out in front of the back wheel.
i give it cool cuz i love trv's ![]() |

What a mess. ![]() I can't beleive how many people say that. I think it's cool to look at but it would be uncool if you had one, as you'd probably break down a lot and I don't know what it is, but it has something about it. But I voted cool anyways! |
