So lately I've been finding a lot of interesting and sinfully good-looking foods based on lots of meat, be it bacon, sausage, beef, etc. and watching lots of Epic Meal Time. So I was wondering... what have you guys found that is awesome? I'm going to try to make a bunch of them this summer.

My first goal is the ever-popular bacon explosion.

Whatcha got, guys?

take fingerling/any potatoes
wash
split lenghtwise
par boil till fork tender
take bacon fat
put bacon fat in frying pan
and probably some butter
some dried or fresh chilliflake and whatever herbs you like into the oil-fat to flavor it
then add the par boiled fingerling potatoes to that and season with kosher salt and pepper and sautee till they look kinda sexy and the pan is starting to collect that brown flavor shit at the bottom
then add a shot or more of your favorite whiskey or bourbon to deglaze that brown flavor shit
and then set it on fire (be careful...remember i'm a professional kids)
then pour some honey on that after you burn off the alky
toss to coat in spicy,honey,bacon-y, whiskey herby glaze
win

serve for breakfast with eggs and bacon

yeah so thats a recipe dude

All the hyper-man recipe stuff is expensive and doesnt keep well cuz you cant reheat it. Better have a party and be drunk.
