i have 2 cactus the same as vivitar 285HV , and i replace the plastic shoe with a metal one but in this video ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=gzb5-FUZzaE ) he tell i can t use it on the camera so, my question is can i use it dirclty on trigger ( Micnova Ft-4C) or how can i plug the flash and trigger , i have a sync cable and new metal shoe have sync plug . but my trigger and shoe have the same output , and my cable have on sync and one little jack .

some help please .

i fixed , works good on trigger but just on trigger. not on camera

if somebody want to do it .

Good question. I broke the plastic shoe off of one when my light stand tipped over. Need to replace it.
