Around the same time period as the Triumph TR3, this car had slightly less power than it's competitor, but had much better build quality and retained an excellent sporting character due to it's very low height. Another true roadster with side curtains as opposed to the later convertibles with roll up windows, this car is one of the most beautiful ever, with its swooping, graceful lines. Though this model is the coupe version, most A's made were roadsters.

My dad's friend may be getting one of these. He's had one before as well as a TR3 and stuff like that and wants another old car. smile.gif

It's not particularly rare.

I saw a Twin Cam model this past weekend, and those are extremely rare. The regular cars are OHV pushrod, just like all Triumphs and other MGs.
