First off, thanks to A32 for taking some of these.

The weather seperated out the men from the boys. The people who didnt show up because of it I didn't care about, no matter what they drove.

Our Club, the Western Pennsylvania Triumph Association hosted the event, we planned it and such, drove stakes, etc.

Mini was the marque of the year, so i decided to give it its own little section.

On to the pics..Our cars are the Green TR-4 and the Pink TR-2(1st and 2nd pics)

Great to see the Lagonda (I've met the guy who owns it, nice guy. Awesome car!) and the DBS. Dark green Lotus Esprit looks nice too... thumbs_up.gif

An Italian Invader? And what's with having a BMW section? tongue.gif
clarkma5
I love that last green Esprit
White RSX
Italian, German, American, Mini, and Misc on their way
White RSX
American

The Corvette guys were real doushebags, they staked claim to their own spot.

clarkma5
Damn the new Mustang looks good...I especially like how you got a picture of it parked next to a G.T. 500...puts its retro styling in great context.

I never much cared for the Callaway Corvette though.

So why do they call it British Car Day?? tard.gif

The British Car Day we have here, if it ain't British it's not going on the field.
White RSX
Well, it started as just us, then everybody wanted a slice of the pie.

Italian

White RSX
For our Rotor heads, you can guess what's next

Japanese

Mini

I Absolutely loved the monochrome Union Jack on the roof of the dark grey Mini.

The Allegheny Sheriffs Department's Mini. Yes its real. Such a neat little car.
White RSX
For Clark, the lineup of porsche.

Anyhow, On to the highlights

German

White RSX
Lastly, the cars that couldn't really get in...so they hid behind the Germans.

Swedish

clarkma5
Iimpressive lineup of Porsches...not a fan of that slantnosed ketchup-and-mustard thing though...
White RSX
Final count of the New Minis was about 7 rows of 7-19 cars..insane.
NorthPoint
Misc? They are all Swedish!!! smile.gif

I'd love to have that Volvo 122 Coupe or the Saab 92. wub.gif
P1800 ES is pretty nice too...
White RSX
Good point, I'll change it.
Dylan
Mmmm...tastier than tasty. Love all of them. Did the '05 Mustang look like an even uglier piece of turd in real life wink.gif? Oh yeah...what's this? Oh yeah, that MINI does look awesome with that greyscale union jack.
White RSX
Nah, the mustang isn't that ugly, it sounds real good for stock too, even if it seems bulkier than the original.

That car is the Aston Martin Lagonda
høgh
Look at the rear window of the "Union Jack"-Mini...

Same here.

When someone with a Ferrari goes and asks the people that own the park that British car day is in if they can park they don't exactly say no. Basically our Triumph club asked if we could put our cars out there for some british pride. When the Germans, Italians, and American owners caught on they asked the park owners as well. The place is massive but the Corvette douchebags are trying to muscle in on the British spots.

Triumph chassis, engine, driveline, etc., with a custom fiberglass body.

Notice the opposite lock.
clarkma5
Cool track pics; I especially like the blurred new Mini in the third pic.
White RSX
Those two minis were insane, I LOVED watching them...If you cant tell, thats a wet track.
clarkma5
Yeah, it definitely looks wet.

Wish I was there to see it sad.gif

what about the other 780 there? It probably wasnt special considering this is the only picture of it.

White RSX
Nope, nothing special, just a misplaced Volvo.

(The Citroen was humorous to watch them try to place also)
