I can't speak to Egypt's prices and stuff, but in the US a typical bring-your-own-car trackday runs from $150 to $250 and includes instruction. Track days where you drive a track-prepped rental car seem to start at at least $600 and go up from there depending on how nice of a car it is (my nearest track offers days in their track-prepped Cobalt SSs for $795, for instance).

As a first timer you probably wont be offered any of the faster cars the track might have. Most places expect you to pay for gas.
