I am having trouble getting a reasonable offer...

dukenukem
Put it up on craigslist and hold out until you come across the right buyer.

Ha, I sold the junk steel wheels off of my Grand Marquis in 3 days.

What are you considering "a reasonable offer"? What do they retail for?
dukenukem
I held out for like 2 months on my gold RPF1. Make $300 profit in the end. biggrin.gif
Bjorn
What's the bolt pattern? What are you asking?

I might be interested.

If it's the one in the pic, they are 5x114 and won't fit your Legacy.
Bjorn
Fucking Subaru. Why can't they just have freaking one pattern across the range?

5x100 FTW.
Synesthesia
Yep, they're 5x114.3... if it weren't for that I think they'd be much easier to sell. My current Subaru is 5x100, so that'd be nice, but even still they're a bit massive at 18 x 8...

Don't you need some more wheels Duke?? I bought these new so there's no way I'll make a profit. The whole set wheels, tires, tpms was about $1900.

I just bought a set of wheels and tires for my Saabaru at a junkyard for $280, awesome. biggrin.gif

Wheels were $1100... I dunno, half what I put in would be nice. Anyway I am exercising patience...
clarkma5
That sounds like the sort of thing you should be able to find a buyer for on NASIOC or i-Club or whatever...

^Yeah that's mainly what I've been trying. Craigslist has been pretty hopeless. Ebay doesn't seem like it would go well.

S2000, rx8, Lexus and I believe Infiniti all have 5x114 bolt pattern. Time to sign up on a few forums and try your luck there.

I know Hex could get top dolla for them. DS_Naughty2.gif

Hah! Yeah if only I had his skilz... leaning towards hanging on to them. I will have another STI some day.... tongue.gif

If you still want to get rid just try putting them on several resale sites at once, or maybe find a local buyer? Suppose patience is the key

Did this and nothing but low-balls and "will you sell just the tires?"...
