I've been watching Peter Windsor's weekly web show "The Flying Lap" lately...interesting guests, great insight into racing (mostly F1 but he touches on other racing too).

The latest episode is mostly about aerodynamics in F1 and it's really fascinating...they have some CFD models and two really good guests discussing things. It's on a more technical level than most F1 coverage but still pretty accessible. I advise anyone with some time who's interested in what makes F1 work to give it a watch: http://smibs.tv/the-flying-lap/2011-f1-testing

The last episode had Karun Chandhok on discussing his history and generally just being the motorsport encyclopedia that he is. For people who are considering working in motorsport as well, it's fascinating to hear the life stories of all these drivers, engineers, technicians, etc. who are in the business to hear where they got their starts and what they thought was valuable when they were learning the ropes. Highly recommended.
