i want to buy new lens for my 40D , and i saw some nice pictures with Tamron and Sigma 17-35mm , how about that lens?

What do you have now? what do you normally shoot? what do you want to get out of the lens? what's your price range?

cars and simple studio shoot

a litlle more quallity of image

and buget here 17-35 is like 300Euro

i have 50mm f1.4 and it s not he best for the automotive

I bought a used Canon 17-40 4L for about the same price and both the image and build quality is much higher.
