I WAS going to vote for the Range Sport because the week I had one, I absolutely loved it. The Raptor is so incredibly badass though, had to be the Raptor for me...as will be the case for most everyone on DS, I'm sure.

Raptor. What's the difference between the Range Rovers? And why does the Sport cost less? WTF?

Sport is not a real Range. It's a watered down version - less for off road.

Nah, the Sport is still plenty capable off-road. It's all about their on-road driving dynamics. The original Range can't be hurled around, it's more of a cruiser. It rivals many luxury sedans for ride & refinement. The Sport on the other hand caters to the X5/Cayenne crowd, offering a more sporting experience. It's actually decently fun to drive around briskly.

And it IS a real Range.

EDIT: Regarding price it has a lower MSRP, but there was a point in time when a fully-optioned Sport cost more than the original. It's an entirely different car, just the same basic underpinnings.

Ford vs. Ford for me...I went with the Flex Ecoboost but maybe I shouldn't've. Hmmm.

Ford vs. Ford

I'm trying to decide between those as well. The Raptor is awesome but will be extra awesome when the new motor is available. The supercab as the only configuration is really the only thing I'm not crazy about but I can understand why it was done. The Flex is pretty sweet but I have some reservations about the all wheel drive and transverse mounted motor.
