Full Version: A clean-looking Prius

Not sure what's going on with the wheel-covers...probably an aerodynamic consideration. Other than that, I think it looks...well, really good.

EDIT: Leftlane News It's the Prius Aerius Concept. The clear wheel-covers are, as I thought, to improve aerodynamics without dicking-up the look of the thing. The paintjob is some custom color, it has a unique bodykit, and the interior has some custom "green" parts as well. The whole thing was built by Five Axis, and honestly if could get a Prius that looked like that from the dealership...I'd consider getting one.

that does look pretty slick, although my question is - what is the monstrosity off to the left sporting bright green paint, mountain bikes and a huge plasma with a game of halo going on??

That would be the "gamer" Toyota Tacoma. I remember reading an article about it somewhere.

Not bad, the new Prius certainly looks better than the previous one. That Tacoma is disgusting.

This is like giving Viagra to an eunuch.

See, Toyota? Just because you want an aerodynamic shape doesn't mean you have to make something disgusting. Now let's see if we can work on getting them to abandon hybrids rolleyes.gif

Wow, Tommy Kaira!

^ See that just looks some tuner guys slapped a bodykit on to the Prius. What I like about the Aerius is it looks factory-stock.
Cyclone
This is the very first time I haven't been disgusted by a Prius. Still doesn't change the fact I'd rather stick a pencil in my pee hole than drive one. I'd be more likely to let someone driving a Prius like this to merge in front of me in traffic unlike the current shitty hybrids. Get behind my 6cyl non-faggy combustion engine you assholes.
Diesel
how about the Noblesse Honda Insight?

or the Mugen Insight also

^ Those just look riced out. The Aerius actually looks like it rolled out of the factory like that. In other news, Five Axis is putting the kit into production.

I have to agree with the "from the factory" look distinction. Clean up the front undernose molding and put on some more tasteful wheels and the car show picture is of a "sport Prius" for lack of a better term.

you can't put lipstick on an ugly girl and call her pretty...thats how i feel about the Prius
