My favorite 1st gen is still "Big Red".

Came to prominence is the late 80s. 200+ mph top speed, 800hp big-block. La Carrera Road Race winner and 2-time winner of the Silver State Classic. Arguably the car that started the Pro-Touring trend.
Big Red is amazing. IRC it AVERAGED around 212mph in the silver state.
