The rules for the uninitiated (or forgetful):

1) All finished chops must be 800 pixels wide.
2) Only one submission per person allowed...if you want to update your submission, edit your original post with the new image BEFORE THE THREAD CLOSES.
3) The thread closes on Saturday, the 25th of September. All submissions and edits must be in before the thread closes on this date.

Nice car to chop! I think i will do this one. I just hope the level of the chops will be as high as the first tourney. To be honest, the last few tournyes have been kinda bad...

The car's good, but we seriously need some new angles.

it's hard to find a good angle that's not front 3/4s

Front and rear straight-on don't give enough options, from the top or bottom is just ridiculous...a good side profile could work, though. I just haven't really found one yet.

Im not tryin to hate, but there is a chunk misseing out of the roof, the headlights have been made TOO big and both arent the same size, and the color... Its just a little rough around the edges. Nice chop though

btw: A32 > your brake lights are faulty as they're on the same circuit as your indicators

check your car again becuase most have indicator lights/turn signals in the back too If not, how would the guy behind you know that you were turning or had your four way flashers on?

Well here in England indicators are amber front and back. while brake lights are red and dont flash

ya, but i think the little rectangular lights on the side are just reflectors, not signals.. because they dont flash on that site

turn signals that are red, how dum. Red lights (on cars ) here, are for brakes only and fog lights(rear), and amber lights are indicator/turn signals and Hazards(all 4) ONLY.
Any other combination is dangerous and completely dum a$$

Here's my go at it, getting a bit tired of modifying it, so I'll leave it at this for now:

Umm , im smart.....i dunno you have to photochop and know how umm i use the lasso toll and make a shape and fill it in with the right color.

Wow, this is turning into a truly bad-ass set of submissions!

Looks more like dark primer than CF at this resolution.

Usually when I do CF, I'll lasso and copy on another layer whatever I'm working on (ex. hood). Desaturate, turn down the brightness, select it, create another layer, pattern fill using a CF pattern (scaled appropriately), maybe add a little twirl, then play around with layer opacity and do any fine tuning.

Simple.

Actually the wing and hood are CF, but as he said you really cant see it at this resolution. At 1600x1200 , you can see a perfect weave.

Its better if you select what you want, copy it, then create another new layer that is empty and fill the entire picture with the CF pattern. From there add twirl then free transform the CF layer and shrink it a little larger than the area you want CF, then select the hood, and inverse select and start erasing the extra. This way gives you the realeast CF look. Then set layer to multiply and darken it till you get what you want.
