Some of you might have seen these before. Anyway, it's a young owner driving his topless F50 near a beautiful lake in Nevada.
After watching these videos again, I've finally been able to decide what my favorite car of all time is.
Enjoy.

Wow! Great videos! Question though, do you have unlimited bandwith? You have great/alot of stuff on your site.

You're right, it does.
That makes me want to go to Nevada more than it makes me want to drive an F50.

Nope. I think the motor sounds bad. Perhaps it's just the video camera's built in microphone but I don't care for the sound in those videos at all.

i dont like the sound of the F50 either. Its ok while revving, but when its kept at a certain rpm, especially Idle, it sounds like shit.

Yeah, that sounds a lot better when it's actually being run through its rev range, unlike the guy in the nevada videos who was just sticking in the 5000-6000 RPM range.
Although it's still not my favorite sound. A bit too shrill and raspy for my tastes.

Wow! I'd think it would be more benificial to just buy a server, or an extra computer to host the site on.

correct me if im mistaken but if i did that the site would be hosted by my current ISP correct? my isp is merely your standard dsl/cable so i think it would be pretty slow if people were downloading stuff right?

Aug 29 2004, 08:55 PM
Not from my experience from being on sites hosted by a person's computer. What you would have to do is just not have anything else taking up the internet speed on the computer that's hosting your site. That would mean that you can't have your main computer and your host computer networked. The only problem might be that since you will be transfering files through the internet, your host commputer might be more prone to viruses or other infections which would be taken out without you even knowing that it was there if you had it hosted by someone else.
SupercarFreak
Aug 29 2004, 09:15 PM
so basically i'd have to get either another DSL line or another isp, right?
not to mention a whole new computer to be the server
what is the point of this, unlimited bandwidth maybe, save money ?
