After the dismal summer that we got here in the UK the girlfriend and I fancied a warm-ish holiday, we were looking for weeks but we couldn't decide on a place so I left it with the girlfriend to book the holiday. My only remit was that it was warm and they served beer.

Where did she end up booking?

ICELAND.

Here's some photos from the holiday, we only had 4 nights and so we decided to do all the tourist tours, it meant that I couldn't take any super duper photos because of the circumstances, but we visited some super duper places. I definitely want to go back for a weeks and hire out a silly 4x4 and just tour the country with the camera.

It wasn't warm and they did have beer, but it was bloody expensive! Other than cars, I'm not sure what I like to photograph really. I'd love to have a bash at some proper landscape photography and fashion at some point.

I didn't think I was good at landscapes Like I said earlier, I'd love the chance to do it properly some time. I'm thinking of going back in a few years for a couple of weeks. We stayed in Reykjavik as most of the tours etc started there.
