My 8gb iPhone 3G is lacking space. I would love to upgrade to a 16gb 3G, and have heard that they a cheap as dirt with everyone desperate to upgrade to a 3GS.

I don't really trust the interwebz, and was wondering if any of you would know of a trusted place to pick one up.

No AT&T in Canada, we have rogers. Also they charge many hundreds of dollars. Ideally I was thinking about someone who upgraded their 16gb 3G to a 3GS
