I guess I could understand foggy conditions or rain or unprotected lefts or even late at night tired or drunk or whatever but so many of these were during broad daylight often right through a gaggle of other cars also parked at the very red light. How more perfect could conditions be and still be able to ignore the multitude of signals?

I have to laugh at the motorcyclist that hits the police car and it suddenly standing up with a bike trashed in the corner dumbfounded. In my experience motorcycle accidents are 95% caused by someone other than the motorcycle rider. I mean it stands to reason that people on a moto have some passion for driving and aren't completely feeble, not to mention how vulnerable they know they are.

About 6 months ago, here in Minneapolis, two ambulances collided while responding to another call involving an ambulance collision.

That video makes me wonder if people are driving with their eyes closed...

Getting caught doing this should be a lifetime ban from having a license.

This is kinda twisted but I loled at 2:30 when the balloon went up. 3:50 is one of those times where you see something happen and say Where's a cop around when you need him and HES THERE. Last one was just nasty.

It all really comes down to who you know really. Before college, I'd spend most of my life in Saudi, and never managed to have any run-ins with the law (car accident aside). Besides that, I also had a lot of fun.

Being raped is also a crime...or at least it was interpreted to be one recently. Although I think the woman in question was eventually forgiven by the king after much international outrage. Awful to think what would have happened without so much international coverage.

Here is my problem with red light cameras:

None of these accidents were caused by people who misjudged the time it takes for a light to go from yellow to red and crossed the line a millisecond late. In Az, they changed the legal definition of where the intersection was so they could earn more money (I need to back this up, but I'm almost 100% sure).

I think red light running is the stupidest thing ever and along with drunk driving, one of the worst things you can do in a car. But not knowing if the yellow is going to be short or long is not the same thing. It's silly that there are different timed lights, and I hate that shit.
