Why is there a restriction for the time interval between sending private messages?
Kind of annoying to wait around until I can send out my next PM.

It's an anti-spam measure, but ten minutes is a bit aggressive...actually the setting in the admin control panel is 5 minutes, not ten, but I'll lower it to 2.
