Wow, from that angle the xB doesn't look that bad at all. That reverse light at the bottom left is like a big ass boil, though.
Is that Jeep even remotely legal? :/ Doesn't look like it even has seatbelts?

Ass boil?? Yecchhh..
As for the Jeep, I guess it pre-dates mandatury seatbelt laws.. and it was probably manufactured for military use anyway so they probably would have preferred no seatbelts to be installed to facilitate a rapid exit if needed.
