So how does that keep you from driving a manual exactly?

So my knee buckles easly under pressure and i have alot of pain due to the funky knee. A clutches pop back can be too much for my knee some times but cars like the honda TL have a clutch i am ok with driving for bit longer. I can drive a manual just fine its just thats why i drive an auto. For a day to day driver I cant have a manual.
