I almost bought a car that was very much alike but instead it had a mustang 5.0 in it. Was not as fast but sounded like a beast. The owner of the Volvo quoted me that the motor was putting out about 385hp. He was asking 13,000 for it.
I guess from what i hear dropping mustang blocks in Volvo's is easy like pie. motor mounts almost all match up and what not.
