500 hp isn't that fierce. Usually the cars can get it up there with a mere 300 hp. How you ask? Weight. They put the motor in the back and put weights in the ass of the car. Its so easy you can lift the front end off the ground with your bare hands.

i knew that they had the weight in the rear because you could see the engine was like sitting where the back seats would be. but, followup question, what do you think that engine was tach'ing during that? did it redline/spike to get the nose up then drop RPMs just to keep the momentum up?
