IIRC, this guy has a disabled wife (wheelchair) and he built it for her, so they could still travel the world, and not worry about dealing with handicrapped services at airports and stuff.

Speaking of the Veyron , I've seen one live .
It's sitting in a Bugatti dealership in Berlin , next to a classical 30's Bugatti . I was almost kicking myself that day for not taking my camera with me .
