It pains me, but the only one of these that doesn't completely fail at being a hybrid is the Lexus. The rest are just trying to get into carpool lanes and avoid congestion charges.

The Lexus is probably the only car that makes any sense here. The X6 is ugly and gets shitty mileage, the GMC...you should've just bought an Acadia if you wanted better fuel efficiency. The Merc isn't bad I suppose, but always thought the ML looked like Kia inside and out.

That's why I voted Lexus. Its the only one with non-laughable gas mileage.

I couldn't care less about this segment. I hate SUVs regardless of their mileage. All the choices are boring, hideous and excessive. None have any sort of performance appeal whatsoever. These are little more than ways to cheat emission regulations and a short cut into toll roads/carpool lanes without having to pay or have multiple passengers. I just voted for the Lexus because I figured that if I didn't know anything about cars and had the athestic taste of trust fund, euro trash, yet boring person i'd go with that.

Just double-checked that, apparently it's legit. According to the Lexus website in any case.

Lexus. Only one with good MPG and it costs $8k less than the Denali, $12k less than the Merc, and $46k(!!!!) less than the BMW.

Is that MSRP for the Bimmer correct..?

Like everyone else, I'm down to the RX and ML, I do agree with the only one getting decent mileage. While I sort of hate the RX, the updated Lexus Nav System really has me intrigued (its the Comp Sci nerd in me), so even if they all had the same gas mileage, I think I'd go w/ the RX
