Came down to the Lambo and the ZR-1 for me...the Lambo is probably the one I'd like to own, but for half the price the ZR-1 is too amazing to pass up.

ZR-1, and I'll tell you why:

638bhp for 100k. This car is a world beater on a serious discount, a capable and phenomenal GT car, and what could be the highest iteration of one of the most iconic cars ever created. This car is a reason for me to actually be proud of cheering on a company that had lost its way in mediocrity for the last 30 years and shows that even the most depraved car companies can come back and hit a home run.

The Gallardo and CTS-V are amazing cars as well, but I wanted to vote for a car that's gone from zero to hero in a little bit more than 10 years flat.

It's everything I like in a car. Stout V8 in the front, drive wheels in the back, and at a price I can afford. In a market where that's either frowned upon for 'green' reasons or too expensive for the common man Pontiac finally got it right with the GT then dialed it up to 11 with the GXP.
