For me it came down to the Lamborghini and the Koenigsegg. I chose the CCX mainly because of its lack of AWD.

CCX. Its 1000 pounds lighter than the rest (minus the saleen) and it has over 100 hp more. While neither of that matters, it'll chop off your head.

The Lambo for being the sexiest looking and sounding thing that money can buy, even if the Gallardo (among other cars) is the better car to drive.

The only two cars I would bat my eye at is the 599GTB and the CCX. I went with the 599 for pure and simple love. I could have fun in that car for the next 50 years.

It's either the Ferrari, Lambo, or Saleen for me.

I love the Ferrari, because well, it's a Ferrari. It's also a great one from everything I've read. However, I still haven't really warmed up to the styling.

The Lambo is awesome, I really don't know what else to say about it. It looks awesome, goes awesome, is awesome.

The Saleen, much like the Mosler, maybe even more so, is something of a modern-day McLaren F1 to me. Great styling, great handling, and goes like stink.

Decisions, decisions...

Shame about the CCX, I hate the fact that they're both in the same category as i'd like to vote for that as well.

Faults:
599 - still am not too keen on the looks. Besides that, its simply brilliant.
Lambo - Meh and AWD. Although the faults are minor, it isnt as good as my choice.
SLR - auto and crappy interior. Never really liked the original SLR too.
Saleen - overall fuglyness. Always hated it tongue.gif

I vote for the CCX - its insanely fast, performs spectaculary, is gorgeously sexy and truely one of a kind. Its second on my supercar list after the Zonda F.

Lambo for me. The Ferrari is just too ugly and the rest are noncontenders for making you feel like you're 8 years old again. Anyone who buys an exotic for anything else is a hoser or a poser.

Just outta curiosity, is the picture of the Saleen interior a pre-production pic?

I was under the impression that all new cars sold in the US had to have airbags. Or do they get around that some how, like claiming its a kit car...

In the US, cars with low enough production numbers get exemptions for certain safety equipment. So, yes, it's basically like registering the Saleen as a kitcar.

Cars like the Ultima GTR, Noble M12, Ariel Atom and such are sold/imported to the US and they don't come with airbags...

I took the CCX, because it's a mad, light and powerfull car. Yes I know, all the others are also mad and powerful, but they don't have those funky double helix doors.

I have to say though that the SLR 722 looks really good in that second picture.
