That almost looks like a postal vehicle. We live kinda out in the country and the mail lady drives an old Cherokee like this. She drives from the right seat. I've never looked in her car though.

GreenTA is right, that's a common conversion for rural postal carriers who have to use their own vehicles. Sure beats the goatfucking newspaper morons who swerve over onto the wrong side of the road against traffic.

On the same note, Subaru used to convert JDM RHD versions of the Outback to US spec with new instrument clusters and lights and import them specially for Postal Service use. I don't think they still do, but my mom was seriously looking at buying one when she was a mail carrier about 5 years ago.
