I resized it a bit down to 100 pixels wide so it's not distorted. Save the pic and upload it to DS.

In ImageReady, in the Optimize window:

Enable transparency, and of course, in the image, delete the color you want gone in every frame, so that the background is the classic gray grid anywhere you want the gif to be transparent. Play around with the transparency options, sometimes they may look okay in the program, but will render white pixels you didn't expect in a browser.
