Bone stock. Fully optioned except 4WS.

Amazing handling ... even by today's standards.

My grandma had a red '91 Prelude...

That's not an insult or anything, by the way, just a statement of fact. biggrin.gif

I love the late 80's and early 90's for Japanese and German cars.

What the world needs right now is more new cars with "pop-up" headlights !

Well, I'm against pop-up headlights, but I am for stickshift-driving grandparents.

Yes, the 'lude was a stickshift, although her current '99 Civic is a auto. My 78-year old Grandpa's still driving his '96 Del Sol with stickshift though thumbs_up.gif

Yeah, it's not a very fast car, and he only has the S model (106 HP eek.gif ) but I still like Del Sols a lot. I love the roof structure, and I love the two-seat cockpit. I've never sat in a car that feels so sporty, believe it or not...even a Boxster or a 911 feels mundane in comparison. The raked back windshield, the 7000 RPM redline, the low-roof, the sporty seats...it just creates a wonderful little environment.

And my grandpa's too cool...he's had it up to the governor biggrin.gif

Damn right, most popular car in highschool. You get plenty of girls with a "chick" car. Usually they're scared of massive amounts of horsepower.

You need to sit in the 240Z.

An extra-special feature is that if you've got your feet flat on the floor, you can feel rocks bumping off the bottom of the car.

I wouldn't say that I need to sit in the 240Z, although that S4 sounds mighty fine. Awwww yeah.
