Good photographin' skillz there, venm, but may I suggest that you mix up your shots a little more...the low-to-the-ground angle is cool, but it's also interesting to stand on top of a ladder and get high-up shots of your car.

Keep shootin' thumbs_up.gif

YAAA MUSTANGS!!!!!

your car is seriously awesome. The tonneau cover looks awesome with the light bar. Also, the hood, headlights, wheels and rotors look amazing.

THX for the great compliments guys... cool.gif

I was racing against the sun on those pics. I waited too long to get up to my photo spot and the sun had already gone down behind the mtns by the time I got there.

Like clark said I need some other shots besides from ground level. I just dont have a ladder that will fit in my car... lol Definitely need to get a truck to follow me up there some day.

Yeah I love the rotors, I think it takes the look to a whole new level.

I'll get some interior pics for ya CarZOne... Its just that stangs have the most bland/boring interior. I do have a few aluminum knobs, etc... but not many.

The tonneau and light bar were the first things I did to the car, they definitely make a vert look ten times better. I dont really like the way it looks with the top up. Ill get those pics next Sunday, weather permitting.

As for removing the license plate, well... then I would have some rather nasty holes in my bumper. The 99's didnt have an indention for the plate, so I just put some holes in there. Hopefully I will be moving to a no-front plate state soon and can get a new bumper for that clean look that I had in Arizona. Bumper needs paint anyways... Colorado sucks for having perfect paint. thumbs_down.gif

specs:

99 cobra vert
maximum motorsports bilstein coil overs w/ caster camber plates.
magnaflow catt'd xpipe
magnaflows welded in place of stock mufflers
steeda triax

2000 cobra r 18x9.5 rims
nitto 265x35's front - 285x35's rear
wms cold air
clifford alarm
misc aluminum dress ups

corrected #'s
prefix 255 rwhp 260 tq
postfix 279 rwhp 280 tq
last run 285 rwhp 296 tq
currently ? ? (hoping for 295 rwhp 300 tq)
my goal is 315 rwhp n/a before i boost it.

future mods:

95 mm pro-m maf
maximum motorsports tubular k member and control arms
2003 cobra rear bumper (i hate the 99 design)

Thanks again for the compliments ! I am definitely lucky to have my dream car.

you think those wheel gaps are huge, look at the stock gaps...

I wanted to go lower and could do it at anytime with the coilovers, but i cant even run over a mcdonalds cup without hitting it on my cats. it will be even worse when i get LT's on there. It handles really well with the bisteins and the springs I have on there now .... its road track ready.

the rotors arent factory. they are new, although the factory ones were shiny too ! it also helps that the car only has 11k miles on it. i drove it everyday in Arizona, but thanks to the crap that Colorado uses on its roads in the winter, it stays in the garage half the year. the front end paint and my windshield are already pitted enuff to annoy me.

I love the reflections... I use www.griotsgarage.com products... great stuff.

You can hear it on this page if you have flash plugin installed on your browser. I like how it sounds, nothing sounds like a 4 cammer ! ITs quieter then stock at idle but gets really loud (for a vert) at WOT.

Well, I have worked some really good jobs before the DOT COM bubble burst. Now I freelance, whcih sucks. I'd rather have a steady 40 hours to know exactly what the next paycheck is gonna be... ya know? Soon though, I have a good contract with a company doing educational multimedia. Soon enough the money will be back to buy those future mods.. ! ! giddie up !

any pictures of the 65 mustang?

a few but they arent very good. its a 64 1/2. have had her a very long time. second car ive ever owned. the vin # is really low. when i was in college i redid all the bodywork and paint. she looks great for how old the paint is on it.

i need to get her out of the garage soon anyways and when i do ill take some new pics...

i also have a 52 5-window 1/2 ton... although she is in pieces at my parents out of state. i have toooo many projects thats for sure... but i just cant get rid of them.

Our Mustang should be in the "garage" by about 8-November. But it will probably never look as nice as yours.
