Jaguar has suggested that the XJ will be an even bigger break with tradition than the XF and this teaser photo seems to confirm that.

My guess from these photographs is that it will be a hatchback, like the Panamera.

Well, sounds exciting. I'm very tired of the current design.

I'll have to reserve judgment until I see one in real life...but I can say that's a drastic change.

They went really Citroen-ey on the rear which I'm iffy about, but the rest of the car works well. At first glance it's just a bigger XF but then you realize that all of its luxury car character comes from that really long, upright hood and big grill. Though it does really show how slab-sided this new generation of Jags are becoming.

And I bet it looks 10x better in the flesh, just like the XF.

That interior is stunning, so original and beautiful.

i dont like the fact the front is similar to the xf, and i dont care that it follows the concept. the flagship luxury deserves something more unique and flamboyant.

rest is magnificent.

That is a lot more unique and flamboyant. The grille is much larger, more upright...while the rest is sleeker. I think that makes it much more imposing and aggressive.
