well as in the other thread you kno that on wednesday we got the car back from renegade hybrids. there are many new upgrades about the car and the list is below:

-930 transmission (the one out of the turbo)
-Chevy 355 small block putting out around 440 bhp and 400+ torque
-custom trailing arms
-911 SC front end (brakes, suspension, sway bar)
-911 rear brakes
-new console
-new dash
-new seatbelts
-fixed the camber in there rear tires (more grip now)
-fixed trunk latch
-new 3 inch exhaust tips

the wing in the back came with the car and we are probably going to get a new trunk lid and get a real wing that actaully helps and cut a hole in the rear to let air out under the car...many other body upgrades because the car is suppose to be going on track soon.

Engine revving Revving to 4000-4200 rpm can't rev high right now as we are still breaking the engine in

http://www.bigpenguin.org/misc/engine.mp3 <-- Mp3 hosted on clark's server. MUCH faster download of the same thing!

Love it! Except for the aftermarket wing. Would be nice if you replaced it with something more befitting the lines of the car.

It's a sexy car, but I wish it didn't have an american V8 in it...that thing is just itching for a 3.6 or 3.8 flat-6.

I love the way those fat rear tires look, though...very Pantera or Countach-ey.

And unlike Paulie, I think that wing is perfect for that car. I mean, it seems like it SHOULDN'T be, but it's just perfection.

Also, that isn't a 930 gearbox because it has 5-speeds...it's either a G50 from a late 930, or it's a 4 speed with an improper gearshift knob.

God, that's so sexy. You need a nicer wing though. Amazing car nonetheless.

Those kind of engine swaps are pretty common in the 914s aren't they?

it is a 930 we don't have a real shift knob so renegade jus threw that on and they have that cuz they usually don't do 930s but more 5 speeds

Alright, Jadan's server is slow and that WAV file is too big so I converted it to a 128 kbps MP3 (fine quality, considering the recording) and hosted it myself:

I don't really care for the wing on it, but I bet that car sure can move.

I'd like to do a turbo tranny on a 3 rotor engine in one of these cars.
