A little Escalade story... this kid at my school has one. His parents bought him it. Who is he? Some scrawny shaved headed pale as fuck wiggerish white boy. The Escalade is white. Whta he does with it? Always races with it. Always nearly causes accidents in the parking lot. Corners and the thing nearly tipped over once. During lunch hour I sometimes see it by the Tim Hortons being hot boxed by like 10 people inside of it.

Oh, yeah, did I mention there's always rap blaring from it? I just have a personal annoyance with that brick...

I'd say the Escalade... It's the most bling, ostentatious, and PIMPish of the two... By far...

Oh yeah, I voted both are shit.

Both. These are both extremely popular over here and nine times out of ten, they're blinged out and the driver thinks it's the fastest thing out there. When I still had my 'yota, I saw a H2 try to follow me on some long abandoned logging roads despite being way too big. He got stuck on a stump because the path wasn't big enough for him to swerve around and got high centered on his front axel. I had a good laugh at that. smile.gif

It's common place to see at least 25 escalades within 10 minutes of driving where I live. More often than not, the person driving it has no idea how big their vehicle actually is and how unmanuverable it is and tend to cause accidents or near-death experiences for people in small sports cars like me. And congrats, you just paid $40k more for an even uglier suburban.

At least it's not as long and boxy. I might own an SUV but it'S small compared to these. And no, not every rap star and 14 year old kid dreams of owning one laugh.gif

You're right, the Escalade's longer and even boxier. Does it really matter thought? They're insanely ugly and would rather be shot.

I dont get the point of the X5, I would much rather have a 5 series touring, which can hold almost as much, looks nicer, and has the same off road capability...none
