Went for some Lambo love...not like the SE is any more compelling than the standard one (I'd rather have the normally Gallardo) but it's got that hawt V10, mid-engined layout, sexy styling...awww yeah.

I am torn between the Veryon and the V8 Vantage. I mean, the Veryon has one-thousand AND one HP, but the V8 Vantage is just sooo SEXY!

It costs 1.5 million dollars (you're not gonna find one for 1 million). For that, I can buy a Z06 and make it outperform the Veyron in every possible way, and then get myself a house as well.

um...no...I dont think a C6 will get anywhere close to 251MPH...

Such a hard decision...the M6 is a technological whorehose...the V8 Vantage is beautiful, yet flawed...and the Veyron is just so...everything...but its almost non existant for at that price.

if money was no option i think I would go for the V8 vantage

get a single turbo kit for the LS7 and you can easily make 1000hp AT THE WHEELS (the veyron probably makes about 800 at the wheels). after that, it's an aerodynamics and gearing game. how is it impossible to modify a Z06 to go 251mph?

aerodynamics...plain and simple...It is impossible to make a Z06 go 251MPH with out severly modifying the body to go that fast, then it will be usless for everything else.

do a little reading on what VW had to do to the Veyron to make it go that fast.

I freaking hate this attitude..."a corvette can do anything anyother car can do for less" its a "performance bargain" but thats it!

well when you have a million dollars to spend on modifying the car, i'm sure you can do plenty to the aerodynamics to make it do 250mph without changing the whole body. people do those kinds of speeds on the salt flats all the time in regular cars with body modifications (they mostly involve plugging holes and adding front spoilers as well as shaving everything)

and i hate the attitude of "well the veyron is the only car that will ever do 250mph, and no vette will ever make 1000hp or do over 200"

is the veyron the best performing car on the list in a straight line? yes, by far. is it an amazing car? yes. is it worth 1 million dollars? fuck no

Maybe im missing something important...is this poll only for exotics for the 06 model year? or is its cars introduced in 05? because if its the latter, where is the 997? im fairly sure it was launched as an 05 model.

This was a bit difficult. The Aston is simply one of the most beautiful cars ever made, both inside and out; the Veyron, for sheer power and pace (and a cool interior also); and the 'Vette for offering style, power, and decent handling at relatively small price tag. I guess it came down to if I could own any ONE of these which one would it be, and it would be the Aston.
