Coming up next I'm going to upgrade the brakes a little. Right now I have the larger 180sx brakes up front with the stock rear, and running cheap autozone pads.
Someone recommended getting carbotech brakes pads and I've heard they're pretty good, so I might go with those.

Another thing I need are better tires for hpde, but those will have to come later.

And another picture just because.

eventually, but it needs body work first. It has a few dents and stuff and the hood is totally bent.

Also, this past saturday I wend to a drift event in tucson. Ended up bending a tie rod on only my 4th run of the day. Luckily I was able to get a new one and a quick alignment at the track. I will be upgrading to aftermarket tie rods soon.

So in january I bumped into a tire wall at a drift event. It bent the hood and broke one of the fiberglass fenders. So I put my pop ups back on for now.

The bumper sags in the middle, but it was super cheap so oh well. These pictures were taken a little over a week ago at the track.

This picture also shows off my nice finger.

I honestly like the 180 front better. The Sileighty look seems weird to me. Maybe it's because I'm not into the s13 silvia front end.

Picked up another set of wheels a couple of weeks ago, so I'll have a set just for doing hpde events. They're sportmax 002 15x8 +0. I really didnt want another set of these, but for about $360 shipped to my house its a pretty good deal. I'll probably get some nitto nt-01 tires as they are pretty cheap.

I have those Nittos on the front of my car. They're actually pretty decent. I love how your car is about raw functionality, it makes it look so damned cool.

Havent updated this in a while.

august 2010. Bought some dunlop star spec tires for the track, they worked well, but being 225/50/16 they rubbed on the fenders a lot. Also put a pignose front bumper on.

Ended up buying hankook rs3's to replace the star specs. Much better in my opinion. Also got them in 225/45/15 so no more rubbing.

Spray painted the front bumper so it matches a little better and bought some used 20mm front overfenders, and they were already painted gray which worked out well. Also has a 4 point roll bar, as I needed one and a harness for my seat.

Drifting at PIR. Was the last event there, because a couple weeks after they tore up the infield to make the oval better for nascar. lame.

Yes actually

hpde. You can see just how slow my car is as I get passed by everyone on the straight. Keep up in the corners though.
Also, this was only my thrid session ever on this track.

shitty drift videos. I didnt realize at the time that the passengers head would block the camera
