Did a review of a WRX for a local website, wrote a test drive review, took picture and made a video presentation of the car. The review is in french, so I guess I wont post it hehe... Keep in mind the video is to present the car and not create emotion, so it's a bit on the boring side! C&C are welcome!

I like this set Matt!
I love the way you made the vegetation interesting in the scene. I'm not able to do it damn!

Good job man!

^ i think it helps that the car feels right at home within the location. This is exactly where you would want to see a subaru. smile.gif Nice work but i feel that the lighting was a bit random (i shouldn't talk thought) lol

  1. i would have liked the lighting on the side of the car to be 1 or 1.5 stops lower. Nice composition
  2. same as above
  3. cool
  4. nice but would have liked to see tires... it looks like it hovers over the ground.
  5. random lighting from under the car.... maybe if was 2 stops under to help to separate from the ground.. right now all it does is make me look at the ground..
  6. weird lighting cut off at the middle of the car?
  7. MONEY!
  8. cool
  9. ^

I agree, Blue Devil has it fairly well detailed...

But basically, the lighting in most is very harsh, a lot of hotspots and not very uniform across the car - It's a shame really because you made the background look so good.

12 would be my favourite

I love the first shot, the harsh almost blown out lighting actually works if it's a cover. But for the rest of the photos you yourself said that they were to show off the car not emotion. So unfortunately the lighting in the rest of the photos are really distracting.
