http://www.porsche.com/usa/models/cayenne/cayenne-turbo-s/

520 HP, 530 ft.-lbs. of torque...that's 70 more HP and ft.-lbs. than the standard turbo and 20 more HP and 15 more ft.-lbs. of torque than the Turbo with the powerkit. All that power gets you to 60 0.4 seconds quicker (4.8 instead of 5.2) and gets you 3 MPH at the top end (168 MPH versus 165). Considering its $111,600 MSRP ($21,400 more than the standard Turbo), that's not particularly impressive.

But as is Porsche's way with their Turbo S models, you get more than just a bump in power...the Turbo S gets the 20" SportDesign wheel standard (a pricey option on the Turbo) as well as a full leather interior with all those little expensive porsche interior options. Also standard is the Panoramic roof, which is, again, a pricey option on the Turbo.

By Porsche's economics, then, it's a sensible buy. But Porsche's economics are ridiculous, just like this car. It will, however, no doubt be sold to those for whom price is no object and they want the best Cayenne money can buy.

THats fucking ridiculous but at the same time fucking amazing! I know how retarded buying an SUV for a sports car is but for someone who has a big family, wants luxury, loves camping trips and loves horsepower, this is definately the car for them.

Because they can, and they will sell a lot of them.

I find it pretty pathetic how their 4000lb SUV gets to 60 as fast as their Carrera.

5200 in this trim, actually.

Even the V6 is just shy of 4800.

4000 lbs did sound like a day dream.

If anyone said "pick a 100,000$ SUV" I would pick this one.

It looks like an optioned out Cayenne Turbo where the salesman crossed out the words "Stupidlyfarkingjesusly powerful" and wrote down "Uberairrippinglyblazesmackmewithaspoon fast" instead.

I bet it drives better than my WRX...

Congrats to Porsche for making 20" wheels look like 17"s.

I know that the Cayenne is getting a 996-997 esque face lift...and porsche usualy offers these "s" models at the end of procustion to clear out the last of the old model. (the new 997 S' are an exception to this)

so i guess thats why...

Lmfao...

first of all, 0-100kmph is like 0-70mph, you are thinking of 0-90kmph

secondly, according to you, the Cayenne Turbo S should do 0-60mph in 2.8 seconds...I don't think so buddy
