I heard about this Canadian show the other day and I found a few episodes on google. Their accents are funny as hell.

Yea the movie came out on Friday.

People were drunk, rowdy, and screaming shit in the theater. Someone even let off fucking FIREWORKS in the theater towards the end. IT WAS AWESOME.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0425601/

When you look towards the bottom of the page, it shows what other known titles it goes by. And so far, it has a title for the US so that's a good sign that they might bring it here.

Edit: I didnt read the bottom at the forums part. There's a topic titled 'no us release' so anyone with an imdb account could you read it?

from that imdb messageboard 'No US Release?' topic:

QUOTE
I know there was talk of having this movie screen in the US to try to get some new viewers down there, however it doesn't appear that there is any set release date to show it in the US. The IMDB "Release Dates" link simply shows:

Release dates for
Trailer Park Boys: The Big Dirty (2006)
Country Date
Canada 6 October 2006

So I think it's only going to be released in Canada for now, and maybe if it does well, they may release it south of the border. I honestly don't know if too many people from outside of Canada would go to see it. In fact, it may not even do well in Canada. The TV viewer base here in Canada isn't as high as many would believe. I work in an office with 30 people, and only a couple of other people in my office watch it.

That being said, I hope it does well, and I hope it makes at least a few new converts.

Trailer Park Boys is a really funny show. It's good to see Americans appreciating it or at least hearing about it. I love it because its pure stereotype fun.

^I think Candaians find stereotypes especially funny...which is ironic since that is a stereotype...
